Step 1- Let's book your session!

The first step toward capturing your beautiful pet’s story begins here!

You can reach out via our contact form. l will then give you a call and we will book in a time for your photography session here at the studio. To reserve your session, a $200 non-refundable session fee is required at the time of this booking to secure your spot.

During this call we will also book your pre photography session appointment so we can plan your photography experience together.

From here, you'll receive a contract and payment details.

Once payment is received, you will receive a Pre Shoot questionnaire to help me get to know your pet a bit better. It’s our way of getting to know you and your furry friends — so we can craft a portrait experience that's truly personal and meaningful to you.

Step 2 - Planning together

This pre session appointment is a great opportunity to bring your pet along so they can familiarise themselves with the studio.

At this relaxed meeting, we will:

Welcome your pet into the studio so they feel safe and familiar

Chat about your family’s or pet’s unique personalities and the little things that make them special

Go over your Pre shoot questionnaire you will have received via email and discuss any concerns you may have.

Talk about the different ways you might want to enjoy your finished artwork at home

We want you to feel fully prepared, connected, and most of all — excited for what’s ahead!

Step 3 - Your photography session

This is where the magic happens!

When session day arrives, we’ll welcome you warmly to the studio or local outdoor location.

When you arrive we will take some time to let your pet explore the studio once again. We'll take our time and follow their lead, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and relaxed.

Expect this session to be relaxed and fun for both you and your pet.

You will be involved in gently getting your pets attention and helping make them feel comfortable. We will guide your pet with natural prompts to bring out genuine connection, love, and joy.

Our sessions are usually about an hour-ish, but we're never watching the clock too closely.

The comfort of your pet is always the priority, and they will lead the session. The goal is to capture their personality and heart in a relaxed environment.

Step 4 - The reveal and ordering appointment

In the following weeks after your session, it will be time for the part everyone loves the most — the big reveal!
We'll meet again at the studio, and view digital mock-ups I have created with your pets photos.

During this special appointment:

We’ll celebrate your images together, laugh over the funny moments, and maybe even shed a happy tear or two.

I'll show you gorgeous ways to display your story — from breath taking wall art to albums you can hold in your hands forever

I’ll help you design layouts that fit perfectly into your home and your heart

Please have all decision-makers attend this appointment— it's such a wonderful experience to share. Ordering and payment will take place at this appointment.

If rescheduling is needed, a small $50 rebooking fee applies.

Step 5 - Your Artwork comes home

Your finished artwork will arrive within 4–6 weeks, depending on your order.

You will pick it up from the studio ready to hang and enjoy.

There’s nothing quite like seeing your pet’s story displayed on your walls, filling your home with warmth, love, and beautiful memories.

Every glance will remind you of the loving nature, loyalty, cuddles, and the irreplaceable bonds you share.

This isn’t just photography. It’s your pet's story — lovingly told and forever treasured.
